About BeesWaxWorks

BeesWaxWorks began with a single hive in the hills above Balerno and a simple idea — that natural, local beeswax could do more than just make honey. It could nourish, protect, and shine.

Over time, that idea grew into a small range of hand-crafted waxcare products — made using surplus wax from our own hives. We make everything ourselves, in small batches, using just the essential ingredients. No fillers. No shortcuts.

All the wax we use comes from hives we manage ourselves. That means we know exactly where it came from, how the bees were treated, and how it was handled from start to finish. We only ever take surplus wax — the bees come first.
