What makes your beeswax products special?
Our products are made from pure beeswax harvested from our own Scottish hives in Balerno. We use traditional methods and natural ingredients to create high-quality, sustainable care products that are kind to both your belongings and the environment.
Are your products suitable for all types of wood?
Our furniture polish and wood conditioner are suitable for most types of wood, including oak, pine, mahogany, and walnut. However, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially for antique or valuable furniture.
How long do your products last?
When stored properly in a cool, dry place, our products have a shelf life of 2-3 years. The beeswax naturally preserves the other ingredients, making our products long-lasting.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes, our products are made from natural ingredients and are safe for use around children and pets. However, we recommend keeping them out of reach and avoiding ingestion.
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. UK delivery takes 3-5 working days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £15. For orders under £15, delivery costs £3.45.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK. We're working on expanding our delivery options to include international shipping in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy for unused products in their original packaging. We cover the cost of return postage for UK customers.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3-5 working days and process your refund immediately if approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Where are you based?
We're based in Balerno, a village on the outskirts of Edinburgh, Scotland. Our beeswax comes from our own hives in the local area.
