We want you to be completely satisfied with your BeesWaxWorks products. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us first: Email us at info@beeswaxworks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a returns label: Once approved, we'll email you a pre-paid returns label.
3. Package your return: Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible.
4. Post your return: Use the provided label and drop off at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We'll inspect the item within 3-5 working days
• If approved, we'll process your refund immediately
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of the damage if possible
• We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Used products
• Products that have been opened and used
• Personalised or custom-made items
